There two local growers and farm shops near me that I try to support, and this reminds me that I need to try harder, and Country Store in Dungarvan that is brilliant at selling local.

Oh and importantly, there is a celeriac in the fridge for too long now that I will cook today!
I recently took the time to hand cut celeriac to make it into a risotto - it was totally worth it!
